1. What information is collected and how is it used?

3. Credit Cards

Credit card payment for our services is processed by our secure payment service provider. We do not record your credit card details on our database and we only record a card payment token to ensure recurring payments.

4. Newsletter

From time to time Host-Hero.com will send newsletters to those customers who have opted to be included on our various customer mailing lists. New customers have the opportunity to decide to opt in or out of these mailing lists when they first sign up with us to create an account. Existing customers or other people who are interested in the newsletters may opt in or out by sending an email request to our support team.

5. How long will we hold data on you?

Host-Hero.com will not hold data for longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes of the proper conduct of its business or as required by law.

6. Where is the data we hold stored?

The information which you submit via our website is stored on a computer and sometimes on paper at our offices. This is necessary in order to process the information and to send you any information you have requested.
